After replacing the window, I am planning to have the window tinting so that either it will be summer or rainy days the window serve it purpose. A tinted window which can lessen the sun rays to enter the house, but will not block the brightness of the sun which can light the room. With the tint, I can save money from electricity bill without worrying that the furniture can be damage because of the sun rays and too much sun exposure.
