I am working as secretary of a lawyer on his law office. He was actually my Uncle and ask me to be his boss so that he can help me earn money and even serve as my guide as I am studying law course. By October my school will start and as early as this time I am saving money and earning it from different ways. One of this was offering the service for copiers. I bought a copiers Tidewater VA and use for my simple business which was also located at the office where I am working at. My Uncle agree when I told him that I am planning to have the service right on his service. He told me that it would be helpful for me as well as his clients.

With the use of the copiers client need not to bother going out of our office, cross the street just to have their document copied. There are some of the document that needed to be photocopied before my Uncle signed the papers and some client need to have a fresh photocopy of the document that they needed it right after the signing of the lawyer. It was a helpful machine that we had on the office, also it was helpful for me to earn an extra income for my personal need.

Planning is a very important activity which involves “deciding what will be done, who will do it, where, when and how it will be done, and the standards bu which it will be done.” Planning is a systematic approach to achieve certain objectives. It attempts to eliminate mistakes inherent to “on-the-spot” decisions.

Planning affords the decision-maker ample time to consider relevant variables before a decision is reached. This is important because the resources required must be identified as early as possible to preclude shortages arising from procurement difficulties.
Planning is not confined to big business firms. If a small business firms would want to reap the benefits of planning, one should be undertaken even on a small scale.
